All Nation employs security managers and supervisors who have been in the industry for a long time and majority of them are Certified Security Professionals (CSP) and Safety Practitioners. All of them are working round the clock to make sure all operations are running smoothly. Their local knowledge, networking and linkages also increase their ability to respond immediately and effectively.

The company, in general, adopts the requirements of R.A. 5847 as the minimum standard for the qualification of guards. Thus, the government mandated PNP-SOSIA License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) is a pre-requisite to guards prior to hiring and allowing to works in any of our client facility. All our Security Guards are well groomed and smart, hence, a true asset to any company. They are highly motivated and well trained, and do their best to provide quality services to you and your company.

All Nation has various licensed firearms in good operating condition and with sufficient rounds of ammunition. It has  also communications equipment and service vehicles to provide better mobility especially during immediate response to distress calls. The company has accredited suppliers of firearms, ammunition and other security equipment, and only a call away whenever procurement is necessary.

Inspections of all guards in their respective posts/units are regularly carried out to remind them of the company and client’s policies. General meetings, open forum and inspection of ranks are also held periodically within the different detachment units as an effective way of keeping the deployed guards abreast of the prevailing situation. On the other hand, to maintain a good working relationship with clients, our Operation Officers commonly conduct normal courtesy and coordination calls to clients’ officer-in-charge in the supervision of our security guards. The performance of every guard is also evaluated by the Agency with the help of the client’s officers or representatives on a semi-annual basis to ensure quality services.
